Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your outdoor gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders (excluding some remote Asian areas and island nations).

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our outdoor gear just as we stand beside you on the trail. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Anti-chafing gels and lotions (opened or unopened)
  • Bug spray and insect repellent (opened or unopened)
  • Bear spray and deterrents (due to hazardous materials regulations)
  • Bath and sanitation products (opened items)

All sales on these items are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 4 business hours (during our Eastern Time business hours), we’ll email you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label (for defective/damaged items)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) using the original packaging when possible. Include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • Refunds: Processed within 3 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email as a digital gift card

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs vary based on the reason for return:

  • Customer preference returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Defective/damaged/wrong items: We provide a prepaid return label

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange

We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return. If the replacement item costs more, we’ll contact you about the price difference.

Expedited Exchanges

Need your gear for an upcoming adventure? Contact us about our expedited exchange option where we can ship your replacement immediately (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your outdoor gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a free return and immediate replacement

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some remote Asian areas and island nations):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Allow extra time for international shipping and processing
